Sound Bath to Release & Receive

You are invited to a soul-soothing sound bath for deep release, as we drop into the restful cocoon of the winter season.

You’ll be immersed in a blissful symphony of healing vibrations throughout this meditative journey, designed to bring you into a prolonged state of stillness and relaxation. In this space, we enter a void where deep healing and energetic recalibration occurs.

This experience will include a variety of instruments such as a gong, singing bowls, drums, chimes, crystal pyramids, and other vibrational tools, creating etherial tapestries of sound.

Blankets and pillows are provided by Inner Path. Participants are welcome to bring an eye mask, water bottle, crystals and any other sacred items to create your sanctuary and be charged with sound frequency.
